The corner building comprises two attached structures of different styles: a simple art deco style at the front and a traditional brick building at the rear.
The renovation retains and enhances the character of the two buildings. Work includes cleaning and re-pointing the brick portion, and the addition of a new side entrance to the upper floor office space. Work on the front portion of the building includes repair and repainting of the stucco, new windows, and storefront. New canopies, historical goose neck lighting and sign board add some traditional elements to the façade and integrate it to the more historical part of the building.
