The design removes a portion of the common wall to create a central office entrance with a vestibule leading to the sides. The replacement of a large section of the front wall with an aluminum storefront, gives the building its ‘office’ appearance.

The vertical pattern of the cement board siding and the glass canopy raised section reinforce the centrality of the design. LED lighting runs the full course of the canopy reflecting light in up-down directions.

The addition of a mansard gives the building more character and additional space to the apartments above.
