City of Pittsburgh Historic Preservation Award
The 19th century Italianette building is rich in brick detailing obscured by years of dirt and grime. Following URA guidelines for historical façade restoration, the design includes brick cleaning and re-pointing, the addition of stained glass transoms, new entries to upper floor apartments and first floor retail, tiled bulkhead and painting.
